IMA Resource Limited (IMA) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Asia Minerals Ltd. IMA is located in Inner Mongolia area; there is abundant resources of coal for coke production and it has stable power supply.

The plant is designed to produce various kind of Silicon Manganese. A high degree of flexibility in design and structure allows IMA to produce a wide range of manganese alloys. When full capacity is reached in 2006, 120,000MT of manganese alloys can be produced per annum.

A power plant, which is 30% owned by our joint venture partner, is already under operation to allow its own captive power generation.With the coal mine in close proximity to the plant, it allows a stable power supply to the plant which helps the plant supply products at competitive costs.
